Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 The Offeror understands they must provide Department of Natural Resources (DNR) with a rules based Data Management System (DMS) that will receive, communicate, and distribute online hunting and fishing regulations. Can you meet this requirement? No 2 The Offeror agrees to enter into an Open Agency Contract with DNR for one (1) calendar year starting at the time of award with the option of up to 4 one (1) year renewals. Can you meet this requirement? No 3 The Offeror agrees to provide an itemized annual cost for each contract renewal if the Division opts to renew under the proposed open agency contract. Renewal cost should be entered on Attachment E- Cost Worksheet and uploaded as part of the bid response. Did you upload Attachment E-Cost Worksheet in the bid response? Yes 4 The Offeror understands they must provide 3 references, with at least one from a State Agency, where they are providing similar service. This must be completed on Attachment I and included as part of the bid response. Can you meet this requirement? Yes 5 The Offeror understands they must have been in business for at least 12 months prior to bidding on this contract. Please provide at lease 1 example to show this requirement has been met. It must be included as an attachment with the bid response. Can you meet this requirement? Yes 6 The Offeror understands that DNR is not liable for loss of revenue in the event the Division does not renew the contract or the vendor fails to execute or honor terms of this contract. Do you agree to this requirement? No 7 The Offeror understands that the DMS must have application programming interface (API) access. Can you meet this requirement? No 8 The Offeror understands they must provide an application programming interface (API) designed specifically for managing state hunting and fishing regulations, on public and private lands.
