Specifications include, but are not limited to: DOAS desired future state is to replace its existing public website doas.ga.gov with a new website as defined in the website specifications developed by Whats Up Interactive. Although the current website is on the SharePoint platform, DOAS is open to reviewing other platforms that are more cost effective and/or meet the design and content management requirements for the new website. Project Activities and Deliverables include: Using a project management framework to ensure successful and timely achievement of project deliverables. Communicating project progress to stakeholders. Developing Design Specifications for a Responsive Web Design (RWD) based upon the Design Specifications developed by Whats Up Interactive. Developing the Technical Specification(s) required to build the website defined in the Design Specifications (RFP Attachment C2) developed by Whats Up Interactive and the RWD as produced by awarded supplier. Prototyping (fully operational skeleton) the website for review by DOAS. Building the website structure defined in the Whats Up Interactive design specifications, awarded suppliers Responsive Web Design document and any documented feedback from DOAS from prototype review.
