Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work associated with this Request for Proposals is the delivery of Construction Management Services for the construction of a new community center on the grounds of the Leroy Johnson Park in Senoia. At this time, it is anticipated that the Coweta County Board of Commissioners will contract with the selected firm for construction management services for the construction of the new community center. However, the County reserves the right to consider other contracting strategies at any time during this process. Construction services will include all elements related to the building construction. The site development work, mass grading and utilities (to within 5 feet of the building line) will be completed by Coweta County prior to the construction work starting. The community center is a 3,500sqft building with a main banquet hall, small kitchen facilities and associated bathrooms. The proposed use of the building is for community events and to provide a location for a voting precinct. Work will include, but is not limited to, minimal site work and external works, concrete flatwork and foundations, pre-engineered timber trusses, structural steel, exterior and interior masonry, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, low voltage electronic IT & security systems, kitchen equipment, finishes, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems.
