Court reporter services include, but are not limited to, appearances for hearings, depositions, testimony under oath or board meetings, transcript preparation, miscellaneous services (e.g., postage, notarization, etc.), and certified copies of documents. Bidder must be familiar with procedures and protocols at meetings and court proceedings in the State of Georgia. Bidder must maintain all credentials required to perform these services. Bidder represents and warrants that all goods or services provided under this contract must be provided in a timely and professional manner, by qualified and skilled individuals, and in conformity with standards generally accepted in the Bidder’s industry. Bidder must be able to provide in-person and remote services. Court Reporter(s) must have one year of full-time experience providing court hearing reporting and transcription services. Individuals working on this contract must be Certified by The Board of Court Reporting of the Judicial Council of Georgia and/or Nationally Certified by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA); Certification must remain current throughout the life of the contract. Proof of certification will be required for this bid. Bidder and all employees providing service must be physically located in the continental United States. Bidder must provide a copy of the current Business License under the current business name. Bidder must have a minimum of one year of experience providing court reporting services similar in nature and scope to this eRFQ.
