A. Municipal SOP Development • Lead the comprehensive development, refinement, documentation, and implementation of municipal SOPs to support Fiscal Responsibility, Accountability, Transparency, Organizational Development, and Fair and Equitable Policy Development. • Facilitate departmental assessments to identify operational gaps, document requirements, and define clear objectives prior to SOP development. • Implement and manage agile/Scrum methodologies including organizing stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Provide detailed tracking, milestone reporting, and project updates regularly to City leadership. • Train and mentor City staff in the developed SOPs and agile methodologies to foster organizational growth and continuous improvement. B. Cross-Departmental Project Management • Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the Mayor and City Administration, ensuring alignment with strategic municipal priorities. • Facilitate effective interdepartmental collaboration, clear communication, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
