Specifications include, but are not limited to: the new construction of a single-story preengineered metal building approximately 6,084 GSF, outdoor fenced in covered area and open covered area. Selective demolition of two existing building structures with limited site work including providing new below grade conduit between building and existing facility. Building will house a three-bay service bay area, office, support, and ancillary spaces including, but not limited to, restrooms, IT closet, mechanical room, etc. The Project Scope includes sitework, site utilities, building construction, including interior fit out, and all associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, audiovisual, and life-safety systems. The Project Scope also includes Contractor-provided infrastructure for Owner- provided telecommunications, security, and limited access control systems, by the Owner’s own forces.
