1. Scope of Work Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment, and services of every kind and type necessary to diligently, timely, and fully perform and complete in a good workmanlike manner the scope of work assigned to the contractor. All work as described in the technical specifications is subject to the inspection of the Oconee County Public Works Department. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to coordinate with the Oconee County Public Works Department for inspection services. All work shall meet or exceed the Georgia Department of Transportation’s Standard Specifications for the Construction of Roads and Bridges, latest addition and any amendments thereto. The quantities may increase or decrease as required to satisfy the requirements of the County. All signage and traffic control shall comply with the latest edition of the “Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.” All signage to be provided must be high intensity prismatic material.
