The work shall include, but not be limited to: - Removal of existing gravel drives and HDPE piping - Grading and site preparation for three new driveway access points and sidewalks - Installation of concrete aprons and tie-in to existing roadway (Royal Parkway) - Installation of storm drainage infrastructure as shown on the Drainage Plans (Sheet 5) and Profiles (Sheet 6) - Coordination with utility providers, including Atlanta Gas Light, per general and AGL-specific notes - Adherence to erosion control and safety regulations - Protection of existing utilities and site features - Site restoration and cleanup - Compliance with ADA accessibility standards - Installation of curb ramps where needed - Restoration of landscaping, turf, or pavement disturbed during construction - Traffic control and safety measures during construction
