A. This specification covers the installation of a complete electronically operated fire alarm system. The system within the building shall be electrically supervised and shall include, but not be limited to, the following components: 1. New standalone Fire alarm control panel. 2. Flow, tamper, PIV monitoring devices for fire protection. 3. Speaker-strobe or strobe only, notification devices 4. Voice evacuation controls / panel. 5. Local and duct mounted smoke detectors, heat detectors or carbon monoxide detectors as required. 6. Pull stations 7. Hvac shutdown modules 8. Magnetic door holdopen devices where provided 9. Interface modules for lighting / emergency lighting 10. Telecom connection for reporting 11. Interconnection with Emergency Responder Radio Communication System as required.
