The Consultant shall provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services which are required for contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for construction projects for the TIA Program. Some of the projects may require night and weekend inspection. The projects types may include but are not limited to widening and reconstruction, intersection improvements, new location roadways, interchange construction, bridge replacement, rehabilitation of asphalt and concrete pavement (including full-depth reclamation), bridge replacement, and resurfacing. The selected firm may provide an estimated ten to forty (10-40) personnel in total as follows (not all positions may be utilized in projects specific to TIA): 1. Construction Project Manager; 2. Project Engineers; 3. Bridge Inspectors; 4. ATMS/Signal Inspectors; 5. Office Engineer; 6. Senior Inspectors; 7. Critical Path Method Schedule Reviewer; 8. CEI Resident Compliance Officers; 9. Inspectors; 10. Inspector Aids; 11. Contract Support Specialist/Secretary; Personnel will be assigned to and work under the direct supervision of Department Project Engineers.
