Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of Savannah (HAS) is seeking a Contractor to meet the immediate need of providing concierge security services, at Horace Stillwell Towers located at 5100 Waters Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31404. The Contractor shall provide first contact and safeguarding of residents, guests and staff at night, all-day weekends and holidays. This includes controlling access to the building, perimeter and floor patrols, managing emergencies, carrying out health & safety checks and reporting all incidents. The Contractor will be required to provide, manage, supervise, and equip trained staff to provide concierge security guard service. The nature of such service may include, but is not limited to the following: • Screen visitors of Stillwell Towers, ensuring they sign-in the Visitor’s Log and show state issued photo I.D. • Respond to emergency alerts such as fire alarms and resident incidents during each shift by investigating the occurrence and contacting the appropriate emergency service and/or HAS staff, when required. • Electronically document all disruptions, incidents, criminal activity, calls for emergency services (EMS), injuries, etc. on the appropriate HAS form and submit it to the email address provided by HAS, before the end of the shift, in which any event occurred.
