Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chatham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from a qualified vendor to provide concessionaire, custodial and security services for the Tybee Island Pier. The concession items that may be offered by the successful vendor may include but are not limited to the following: a. Snacks, beer, wine and alcohol b. Tobacco Products, sun glasses and sunscreen c. Dead bait (shrimp and crab bait) d. Fishing tackle (floats, hooks, lures, etc.) e. Recreational gear (coolers, batteries, insect repellent, etc.) f. Rental and/or sale of fishing poles tandard operating hours of the pier and pavilion are 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Contractor will be required to provide a (janitorial/custodian) to clean between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. (Daily). Special events may take place until 11:00 P.M. for which the contractor will provide custodial services.
