Specifications include, but are not limited to: Southern Polytechnic State University is requesting proposals from pre-qualified contractors to provide facilities management services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements stated herein and on documents attached to the RFQ. This is a Revised Version of ES-RFQ-55000-186 and ES-RFQ-55000-192. Facilities management services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, all on-site management, supervision, labor, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary for physical plant operations building (including heating, ventilation and air conditioning) maintenance/repair custodial services, grounds and landscape maintenance/services moving/event set up services. Facilities management services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The objective of contracting facilities management services is to achieve a consistently high level of facilities services while providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the students, faculty, and staff of the University. (See attached Scope of Work for details). The University will provide for the selected contractor suitable central office and storage facilities and suitable storage facilities at each work location, including utilities, phone and internet service. This will be a single award.
