Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facilities management services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, all on-site management, supervision, labor, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary for physical plant operations building (including heating, ventilation and air conditioning) maintenance/repair custodial services, grounds and landscape maintenance/services moving/event set up services. Facilities management services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The objective of contracting facilities management services is to achieve a consistently high level of facilities services while providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the students, faculty, and staff of the University. (See attached Scope of Work for details). The University will provide for the selected contractor suitable central office and storage facilities and suitable storage facilities at each work location, including utilities, phone and internet service.
