This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the tasks and deliverables for the civil design services required for the new South Hall Park. This new park will include an active life community center, maintenance building, pickleball courts and a baseball field complex as well as all associated parking, drives and related infrastructure. 2. Objectives • Develop parking, drives, water, sewer, grading, drainage, landscaping and all other infrastructure required to support the park operations and visitor needs outlined on the enclosed master plan. • Integrate a baseball field complex with a total of 4 fields to support youth and community recreation. • Create a pickleball complex with a minimum of 9, maximum of 12 courts. • Obtain all necessary permitting to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Coordinate with the Owners architectural design team for size and location of the various structures on site. 3. Design Services 3.1. Pickleball Court Complex • Task 3.1.1: Coordinate with stakeholder for input on size, layout, seating, lighting, safety features and required supports spaces for a minimum of nine courts. Deliverable: Provide approved layout of the courts to be incorporated into the final schematic design and design development plans for the overall project. • Task 3.1.2: Coordinate the preparation of the final construction documents and specifications reflecting the approved design and budget. Deliverable: All necessary Civil and Landscaping design, required to receive bids from qualified general contractors, obtain permits and construct the project.
