Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors shall demonstrate that they have been successfully providing similar security guard services for at least five (5) years. The private detective & security agencies license for the state of Georgia shall be provided as well. Vendors shall provide three (3) comparable references of current work being performed, preferably with other public sector facilities. References shall include, at a minimum, company name, contact person, telephone number, fax number, email address, and dates and location of services Be in good financial standing, not in any form of bankruptcy, current in payment of all taxes and fees such as state franchise fees and have no other financial difficulties that may prevent your company from completing this service. Vendors shall be required to provide two years of audited financials. Vendors shall provide workforce management solution which at the minimum will enable real-time incident reporting, phone, photo, tour verification, and real time incident notification. The information that is captured can be through a combination of GPS, Bluetooth beacons, and near-field communications. The management solution shall be used only for City Hall. The awarded vendor shall provide five (5) user log-in accounts for City staff.
