Specifications include, but are not limited to: The survey may be conducted by telephone or in person and should have a margin of error of + or -5% and a 95% confidence level. This should be a survey for Gwinnett County residents (adults only) and household based. The survey should, at a minimum, be designed to gauge Gwinnett County citizen perspectives of the following police objectives and initiatives: • Overall perception of GCPD performance • GCPD service delivery consistent with our Core Values of Integrity, Courtesy, Pride, and Professional Growth • Safety and crime level perceptions in one’s own neighborhood and Gwinnett County as a whole • Citizen satisfaction with the effectiveness of GCPD services • Citizen perception of officers’ attitudes and behavior • Citizen perception of the need for additional GCPD manpower • Citizen satisfaction with police interaction either in person or on the phone • Overall competence of agency employees • Quantify levels of crime victimization • Identify the top three (3) citizen concerns in regards to the police mission • Citizen contact levels with GCPD • Citizen recommendations and suggestions for improvement
