Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide security services for the building, its contents, staff, and customers at the fourpublic libraries located in Muscogee County.2.Furnish all management, operations, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provideprofessional security services.3.Be a licensed firm qualified to provide Unarmed Security Guard Services.4.Be solely responsible for all matters concerning the recruitment, performance, andretention of their employees. The vendor must fully comply with all federal, state, andlocallawsandregulationsregardingemploymentandimmigration,includingnondiscrimination, compensation, training, taxation, benefits, etc.5.Meet at least quarterly with the CVL representative to discuss any issues that arise duringthe contract period.
