The awarded firm will be expected to deliver a thorough analysis of the current central office structure (13 divisions and roughly 1,900 employees), design recommended organizational charts, and propose actionable strategies to eliminate redundancies and improve service delivery. The firm must engage in benchmarking activities, collaborate closely with DCSD leadership, provide clear documentation of all findings and recommendations, and offer ongoing support throughout the assessment and realignment process. All deliverables should be aligned with the needs of students and staff and based on best practices in educational administration. The awarded firm shall be present in-person to present final report to the Board of Education. The work shall be performed in-person and virtually.
