Completion of K9 training facility to include: Thermal insulation and moisture protection, spray foam insulation, all roof and walls, five (5)3ft x 6.8ft interior doors and three (3) metal exterior doors and five (5) (3x4) windows in office area, including frame work and hardware. Install and order metal fabrication for floor drains/grates. Install all plumbing to include labor and material for bathtub and shower enclosures, sinks, bathroom fixtures and fittings. Install/order A/C pads and HVAC equipment to be installed into offices, bathroom and equipment and storage areas, all electrical with 31-2x4 LED, 37 single switch, 3 exterior lights, 1 can/fan combo, 1 exhaust fan, 4 GFI outlets, 4 3-way, 1-100 AMP panel, 1-48-gal electrical water heater. Install a septic grinder pump station to include plumbing to the existing septic. Contractor will be responsible for all project clean up and providing dumpsters and temporary portable toilets. Complete all framing including labor and materials, finish any carpentry, gypsum board, interior painting. 1. Make sure to include the following in your proposal: • Two (2) 48” Stainless Steel sinks-one in cold storage area and one in wash down • Exhaust fan in cold storage area • No window in equipment room • Tile floor in washdown and cold storage • Grinder pump to septic • Conduit for computers/printer in office area at each desk, each office area will need ¾ conduit, this will allow for multiple Cat 6 cables to each desk. Will need 8 wall boxes and 8 4 port Cat 6 faceplates. Will need to coordinate with Dane Studstill on the placement. • Fiber optic needs to be ran from existing switch in the training center, and needs to go overhead though the outside of the furthest most east wall of the training center. (Coming from the existing to the new building.) • Electrical to be wired in to back up generator • Seal all concrete • Fill in drain in bay area with concrete • Cold Storage area needs floor drain • 2- 72” Industrial Fans in open bay area • 6’ Chain link fence around back kennel with tension rod around the bottom • 12-2x4 LED lights in Office Area • 6-2x4 LED lights in Equipment Area • 2-2x4 LED lights in both Cold Storage and Washdown Area • Spray Foam-Open Cell R21 for the Roof and R19 for the Walls • 3 Exterior Doors for the building • 4 Interior Doors • Dirt work for kennel slab • Fill in drain on back slab for the dog kennels
