Specifications include, but are not limited to:The following specifications define the minimum activities to be included for the CIS and ERP implementation including, but not limited to: Project Management Project Initiation and Planning Preparation of Documentation Functionality Integration of a CIS and ERP Solution(s) Discovery and System Configuration Interface Development Data Conversion Installation and Deployment Development of Reports Training of the MWA Personnel Interface Development Testing Overall testing Maintenance and technical support Post Go-Live Stabilization Discovery and configuration documentation is to be maintained throughout the duration of the implementation and the “As-built” documentation is a deliverable of this implementation.
