Specifications include, but are not limited to: assist the City in developing a new website which reflects our dynamic community. The City is requesting proposals from companies with extensive experience in developing websites for municipalities that capitalize on a communitys assets and unique attributes to positively impact all aspects of the community. Design a unique, attractive website to fulfill all City requirements in this RFP. The entry point for the site must represent the quality and character of the City and uniformly represent the city in interaction with residents, businesses, and visitors. Design a selfsupporting, consistent, userfriendly navigation framework for the website that is understandable to users on all levels. Design a unique home page for the City website in conjunction with the Citys graphic designer. The design should be simple and allow users to easily access all information.
