Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor must include with proposal response a written SOW (Scope of Work) detailing the contractors plan to implement, service, and manage this service contract in accordance with FCSS specifications, relevant laws, and industry “best practices” 4.2.1 Contract Structure- FCSS is seeking an inventory managed solution, preferably through a consignment style program for stocked bus parts. The intent of this program is for FCSS to have access to a predetermined stock of readily available bus parts to be supplied and maintained by the vendor in accordance with the terms of this agreement. FCS will supply appropriate space and shelving. For efficiency, FCSS strongly prefers to only pay for the parts used, when used in accordance to the invoicing/payment terms of this contract. Bidder may suggest alternate invoicing plan but should note preference in this area. Please state your experience managing similar parts inventory programs. 4.2.2 Non-Stocked Parts- In addition to the managed stocked inventory, FCSS may purchase non-stocked parts under this contract aligned with the pricing structure detailed in 4.2.3h.
