Specifications include, but are not limited to:he Contractor shall be responsible for the frequent removal of all trash and garbage to a trash removal receptacle provided by the College. The College shall provide the trash receptacle at no cost to the Contractor. Pest Control. The College shall be responsible for interior pest control and extermination services. Facilities Maintenance and Repair The Contractor shall be responsible for routine maintenance, and maintenance necessary as the result of normal wear and tear and repair, such as, but not limited to, painting, light bulb or lamp replacements, wall treatments, window treatments, etc. Request for additional maintenance may be made through VPFA or designee. Security The Contractor is expected to provide adequate security for the bookstore premises and for securing all monies. Staffing o Offeror must provide an organization chart which states the function of each position which i s i n c l u d e d i n O f f e r o r ’ s p r o p o s a l . Offeror must provide detailed job descriptions for each position, performance standards, training requirements, staff evaluation programs, and procedures for providing relief for absent workers. Offeror must identify how the program stresses work force responsibilities and accountability.
