Packed: • 60 lbs. or 50 lbs. per box acceptable • Wax-coated boxes; no liners • All boxes must be labeled as “75/25” • Boxes must be stacked on pallets with product labels facing outward • All boxes must have the same pack date • No more than two (2) different pack dates are allowed on a truckload. • No straps are allowed on the outside of boxes. The entire truckload must be from the same packing house. No mixed weights and not catch weights are allowed. • Product must be securely shrink-wrapped to pallets to avoid shifting and damages. Style: • Frozen • Boneless • 72 to 78% Lean (a variance of 3% more or less is acceptable) • 22% to 28% Fat (a variance of 3% more or less is acceptable) • USDA Federally inspected • No end of day trimmings or processing grinds. • No cheek meat, head meat, bull meat or mechanically separated meat. • Product shall contain no metal (any metal will be detected by a metal detector), no plastic or any other extraneous materials. • Beef shall be raised and produced within the United States
