The contractor shall provide all supplies, tools, labor and equipment necessary to install seven single audiometric booths, to also include disassembly, transportation and disposable of the current single 6-station Audio booth for the 94th Aeromedical Staging Squadron (Bldg. 550, Room 1256), Dobbins Air Reserve Base.
Replace single six-station booth with (7) single audiometric booths. Audiometric booths should be equipped with the following Standard LED lighting, Light and Fan Switches, Casters, Fan Exhaust & Static inlet recessed wall Silencers, Standard Acoustic patient viewing window, Jack panel, pass-thru grommet, Phone jacks, and Camlock Construction. Specs and sizing IAW the Statement of Work.
