• Performing a comprehensive on-site inventory and assessment of all district facilities. • Evaluating the condition and performance of key building systems including: o Structural integrity o HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) o Plumbing and sewer systems o Electrical systems o Roofing and building envelopes o Life safety systems and accessibility compliance • Assisting with the development of the school system’s 5-Year Local Facilities Plan in accordance with the Georgia Department of Education Facilities Services Division guidelines. • Providing professional architectural/engineering design and consulting services for current and future facility improvements, renovations, or new construction projects outlined in the Facilities Plan.
