This Request for Qualifications is issued to solicit qualification submissions from highly qualified and experienced Architectural & Engineering Firms capable of planning and designing an Animal Shelter Facility. The successful consultant will demonstrate experience and expertise in animal shelter design, planning and construction administration. The shelter, located in the City of Warner Robins, will provide a safe, humane, and functional environment for the care of animals in the community. The approximately 20,000 square foot facility will also promote the adoption and rehoming of animals by providing public, open air spaces for potential adopters to interact with animals and a clinic for veterinary care to be provided to the animals.
