The City of Savannah is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural and technical support services for various capital projects to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by the City. All proposers shall demonstrate that they have the knowledge, ability, skills, and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this agreement. The scope of work will consist of architectural and technical support services for projects based on hourly rates of contract. Work will be agreed upon through submission and approval of individual project proposals. Typical City of Savannah facilities include staff offices, community centers, fire and police stations, recreation facilities, parking garages, visitor centers, and maintenance facilities. Desired services may include work related to renovations or new construction. The City will allow sub-consultants for this project. The City reserves the right to award primary, secondary, and tertiary contractors. A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled to be conducted at the Floyds Adams Jr. Complex, 20 Interchange Dr., Savannah, GA. This meeting will allow consultants to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or clarifications that may arise with City staff.
