This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the tasks and deliverables for the architectural design services required for the new South Hall Park. This new park will include an active life community center and maintenance building as well as free standing restroom facilities and a 2 story scoring tower/concessions/ restroom at the baseball fields, as outlined in the enclosed master plan. 2. Objectives • Design a multi-generational active life center that promotes health and wellness. • Design a maintenance building. • Design a free-standing restroom building. • Design a scoring tower. • Obtain all necessary permitting, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Coordinate with the Owners civil design team for locations and sizes of necessary utilities entering the buildings. 3. Design Services 3.1. Active Life Community Center • Task 3.1.1: Coordinate with stakeholders to develop plans for an approximately 40,000sf active life center that includes but is not limited to basketball courts, an exercise room, fitness room, meeting rooms, offices, restrooms and all other necessary support spaces. Deliverable: Documentation of stakeholder schematic design and design development meetings including meeting minutes and drawings of approved plans at each design stage. • Task 3.1.2: Coordinate the preparation of the final construction documents and specifications reflecting the approved design and budget. Deliverable: All necessary Structural, Architectural, Interior Design, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection necessary to receive bids from qualified general contractors, obtain permits and construct the project. 3.2. Maintenance Building • Task 3.2.1: Coordinate with stakeholders to develop plans for an approximately 2,600sf maintenance building to support service and lawn maintenance vehicles. Building will also have offices, restrooms and all other necessary support spaces. Deliverable: Documentation of stakeholder schematic design and design development meetings including meeting minutes and drawings of approved plans at each design stage. • Task 3.2.2: Coordinate the preparation of the final construction documents and specifications reflecting the approved design and budget
