Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) is seeking to secure services to provide an emergency standby contract for base camps during emergencies and/or largescale events. The award resulting from this Request for Proposal will be for an annual contract for a one (1) year term with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. A significant event in Chatham County, regardless of cause (natural, man-made or technological) will require a large response to mitigate the effects on lives and property, to assist the affected population, and to ensure essential necessities of life are delivered in a timely and effective manner with a guaranteed response within seventy-two (72) hours.
