Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chatham County is soliciting proposals to select a vendor to manage a nearsite employee health center in Chatham County, GA. PRM Consulting Group, Chatham County’s benefit’s consultant, is assisting the County in the preparation of the RFP and the evaluation of the responses. Chatham County is committed to creating a culture of health and wellness. The chosen employee health center provider will be an integral part of Chatham County's health management strategy and will work closely with Chatham County's vendors. The chosen vendor will also be accountable for driving utilization and engagement for the center. These services will become effective no later than January 1, 2025. Chatham’s primary objective is to continue to provide the following services at the nearsite employee health center which include, but are not limited to: • Acute/urgent care • Primary care • Vaccinations • Flu shots • Preventive health screening • Laboratory testing • Biometric screening • Wellness coaching • Behavioral/Mental Health services The Employee Health Center does not currently provide the following services but may consider providing them in the future. Proposer’s should include a separate description of offerings for these services and a separate fee proposal: • Physical Therapy Services • Occupational Health Services - Pre-employment drug screens - Pre-employment physicals for law enforcement personnel
