Specifications include, but are not limited to: Access Control: 1. “Turn-key” system to include access controls for 15 doors (13 interior-current, 2 exterior-additional) noted in attached floor plan 2. Removal of existing access door lock control system and hardware 3. Installation of new access door lock control system (most current software programming available) 4. System to be expandable to other sites 5. Nonproprietary system (preferred) to work with numerous brands, list to be provided 6. Access Control System must comply with section 889 of the 2019 NDAA. None of its components can be constructed by any of these companies: Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company 7. Colquitt County will have programming capabilities 8. Small proximity fob and keypad entry 9. Audit trail recorded on control unit-minimum 50,000 transactions 10. Hard wired system only 11. New cables to be pulled from each controller back to data closet (C-floor-Room 823) or other room selected by I/T Director 12. Provide surge protection for power port and data ports 13. 1-hour minimum UPS Battery backup for whole system during power outages (rack mounted) 14. ADA compliant 15. System to be easily expandable to add control of remaining doors in building-note capabilities of system 16. Door locks to be fail-secure 17. Zone routing, Zone counting 18. On site key programming capabilities 19. Auto hardware configuration 20. Configurable, emergency unlock sequence 21. Entire system to be rack mounted and in a lockable vented cabinet located in the data room, (location determined by I/T Director) 22. Provide 100 programmable key fobs with system 23. All network connections will need to be approved by I/T Director 24. All cables will be labeled for identification 25. Monitor, keyboard, and mouse provided for system access and programming (location determined by I/T Director) 26. All software capabilities, licenses, and hardware needed to be included in package, no recurring fees 27. Complete user operating manual, parts manual, and hands on training after installation is complete 28. Contractor will install and verify proper operation 29. Coordinate installation with Maintenance Superintendent to minimize disruption to facility
