• The selected consultant will provide specialized design and engineering services related to Airport Master Planning in support of the Douglas Municipal Airport’s long-term development goals. Typical services under Area Class 1.08 may include, but are not limited to: • Preparation and updating of Airport Layout Plans (ALPs) and associated narrative reports • Development of comprehensive Airport Master Plans • Aviation demand forecasting and activity analysis • Environmental assessments and site selection studies • Land use compatibility and zoning analysis • Coordination of stakeholder engagement and public involvement meetings • Integration of FAA and GDOT planning requirements and grant processes • Preparation of Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs) and project phasing plans • GIS mapping, aerial base mapping, and FAA Exhibit A and B property maps
