The service agreement will provide various services to ensure quick and efficient repair of the DGHT/ILB ARV Laboratory’s two 6495B triple quadrupole LC-MS instruments. Virtual technical support staff are available to remotely diagnose and/or resolve issues in lieu of on-site visits when possible. Virtual support will facilitate quick and efficient repair by an Agilent certified service professional when an on-site visit is needed. The service agreement will include annual preventive maintenance and cover all onsite repair visits and genuine Agilent parts and consumables required for repair. for continuity and consistency with public health requirements and protocols.
