Vendor is responsible for preparing artwork for print, producing the wraps, and installation. Material Requirements: • High-quality, graffiti-resistant vinyl wrap • Minimum 4-year durability rating under outdoor conditions (UV, weather, and graffiti exposure) Surface Preparation: • Vendor must clean and prepare each traffic box prior to installation. • Preparation includes removing dirt, grease, loose paint, stickers, or other debris to ensure proper adhesion. • Any repairs needed beyond cleaning (e.g., major dents, rust) will be addressed by the City prior to wrapping. Warranty: Vendor shall provide a minimum 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship, including replacement of failed or peeling wraps at no cost to the City.
