The Physical Techniques Division (PTD) fitness facility at ATF National Academy is located at the Federal law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Glynco, which ATF trainees use routinely during Criminal Investigators Training Program (CITP), was professionally designed and installed as an integrated system (equipment + flooring). Through sustained, first-hand use, the ATF National Academy has determined that the capabilities, durability, modularity, and safety characteristics of the PTD facility’s equipment and flooring fully meet ATF’s operational training needs.
It’s optional for offerors to schedule a site visit to take photographs, measurements, and all other necessary measurements to ensure a complete and accurate quote to include a renovation plan and proposed schedule for delivery and installation.
This requirement is a total small business set-aside and is being evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 & 13., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
