The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the project titled Rehabilitation of the New Deep Well Water Supply and Chemical Feed Building for the Dry Branch Water System as shown on the construction drawings. In general, Division 1 construction consists of the rehabilitation of a 500 gpm deep well water supply or the drilling of a new deep well and minor modifications to the General Twiggs Well. Division 2 will be the construction of the chemical feed building, chemical equipment including chlorination, phosphate, and Caustic Soda equipment, SCADA controls for both wells and the elevated tank, electrical, yard piping, site work, fencing, grassing, erosion control will be awarded as a separate contract. This work will be awarded based on bids for Division1 and Division 2.
