Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of the 2nd, 4th, 7th and 9th floors in the 55 Park Place building will facilitate the relocation of the AYSPS from a leased building at 14 Marietta Street. The programmed space should include: • Collaborative research spaces for faculty, staff, researchers and students to utilize while developing and working on grants, empirical research or technical assistance projects • Expanded computer lab space for experimental economics and cybersecurity • Student services area for academic advisement, career development and alumni outreach and engagement • Collaborative meeting, seminar and team rooms utilized by faculty, staff, researchers, students and the college’s collaborative stakeholders • Graduate student and post-doctoral cubicle areas (approx. 150) • Academic faculty and staff offices (approx. 130), including research centers
