The scope of work below describes the tasks that ARC, and the Consultant will need to complete in advance of the ARC Board, TAQC, TCC and GRTA’s adoption of the 2055 MTP, scheduled for adoption on or before the ARC Board meets in February 2028. Consultants may propose additional tasks which will contribute to the successful development of the next Metropolitan Transportation Plan and other project objectives. The level of effort required may vary depending upon ARC’s needs. The following tasks are presented to allow ARC to assess candidate qualifications to perform the breadth and depth of services that may be needed; however, this task list is not definitive if directions from ARC eteam and the ARC Board change, or new federal planning regulations or rulemaking are enacted, as the development of the MTP goes on. Services required will be determined in consultation between ARC and the selected consultant team on an ongoing basis upon award and similar tasks may be needed that could be in addition or in substitution of any of the tasks listed below. This scope of services is anticipated to start in 2025 and culminate with adoption on or before the ARC Board meets in February 2028
