1. Provide a hard copy of inventory tracking information to BCS Fleet Management Example: tires delivered, tires picked up, tires for repair, tires repaired 2. Sales representative must make a regularly scheduled visit each week. For example: Each Monday at 9:00am 3. Coordinate all scheduled pickup and drop offs with BCS Fleet Management for purposes of inventory tracking accuracy 4. Regularly scheduled pickup and delivery will be made during a window agreed upon with BCS Fleet Management 5. Must be able to accommodate for "emergency" deliveries 6. Must be able to provide after hours and weekend tire replacement thru vendor's outlet or thru other vendors covered under cooperative agreements 7. Pricing for daytime 6:00am thru 6:00pm road service shall be listed separately Must provide estimate of average response time for our operational area of Barrow County 8. Provide adequate storage solution for mounted tires that can hold up to 48 units 9. Wheels must be tagged as Barrow County property before pickup 10. Tires must be branded as Barrow County property when purchased and/or when a casing is picked up
