The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the services described below. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following, and shall include any items which would be reasonably expected to be foreseen by the contractor in the normal performance of work: - The fireworks display will be conducted as part of the 2026 City of Warner Robins Independence Day Celebration on July 4, 2026. - Fireworks display must include an assortment of product types such as shells, cakes, candles, etc. - Display must be continuous for a minimum of 20 minutes and maximum of 25 minutes. - Display must be choreographed to music. - Contractor will be responsible for broadcasting music. - Contractor is responsible for all set-up and take-down of materials. - The City will not be responsible for storage or holding of any products and/or materials prior to the set-up date or following the take-down date. - Worksite shall be kept reasonably clean and free of equipment or materials that may create hazardous conditions. - Protection of all surfaces and materials, including those not in the scope of work, from debris or damage. The contractor will be responsible for any at-fault damages. - Set-up may begin on Friday, July 3, 2026 and all equipment must be removed by Sunday, July 5, 2026. - Contractor must hold all appropriate licensure related to display fireworks as mandated by the State of Georgia, Department of Transportation, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
