The Contractor will perform FULL PILE ENCASEMENTS / ATTACH TO EXISTING ENCASEMENTS, RESEAL JOINTS AND SPALE REPAIR/UNDERMINE ON CAPS/END BENTS, prep work, removal, installation and cleanup for Bridge Maintenance and Repair defined in this Contract. The work will occur on Rogers Mill RD, BR #195-5012- 0 over the south fork broad river ON BENTS 1, 2,3,4,5,6. Colbert - Danielsville RD, BR # 195-5036-0 over brush creek on bents 2,3. Colbert Danielsville rd., BR # 195-5037-0 over south fork broad river on BENTS 2,3,5 on the Madison County Road system. The Contractor shall supply labor, equipment, tools, means of transportation, traffic control, and incidentals to perform work in accordance to specifications, and to ensure a safe work environment for employees and the traveling public within the time schedule specified.
