Specifications include, but are not limited to: ▪ Project Location: Catoosa County Georgia in Northwest GA. ▪ Acquisition Window: o The desired flight date to be Winter of 2022 the desired project completed within 60 days from photo acquisition. o Flight time to be made when the sun angle favors fewer shadows. ▪ Acquisition Conditions o Clear days, Leaf-off conditions o Free from clouds, cloud shadows, smoke, haze, snow, and flooding ▪ Ground Sample Resolution o Imagery acquired shall have a native resolution which supports an orthorectified image resolution and spatial resolution of 15 centimeters (or better) ▪ Control Surveying: o Aerial photography to be completed with ABGPS (equivalent or better) ▪ Image Accuracy: o Accuracy of the Image must be with +/- 2.5 feet CE95 of position on the ground (or better) ▪ Deliver high color resolution 15cm (6inch) GSD (or better). ▪ 4-band (8 bit per band red, green, blue and near infrared) ortho imagery (or better) ▪ Include a buffer of ½ mile. ▪ GeoTIFF and MrSID files tiled to existing GA 2,500k x 2,500k tiling schema, matadata and various processing and QA reports
