Begin at US 280 edge of pavement and end at Third Street. Remove existing cross drain pipe and replace with 48” RCP with 2 headwalls. All work associated with removing existing pipe, installing new pipe, and backfilling to sub-grade level shall be included in the overall bid for the pipe. Asphalt patching shall be placed over the pipe prior to asphalt leveling & topping.
