FY22-Hahira - Hahira Area Traffic Studies

The Southern Georgia Regional Commission (SGRC) as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Valdosta Urbanized Area (VLMPO) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the completion of two traffic studies in and around the City of Hahira, Georgia. The goal of the first study, the North Lowndes Park Access Study, is to locate and evaluate access and surrounding land use alternatives for the growing recreation complex and anticipated visitors the facility will attract. The goal of the second study, the Hahira Elementary School Traffic Study, is to identify and evaluate alternative access and residential land use alternatives that promote multi-modal safety and roadway interconnectivity around the school.
