Formal sealed bids must be received no later tha 2:00 PM Thursday September 14, 2023 at 100 Westridge Industrial Blvd., McDonough GA. 30253. At this time and location they shall be publically opened and read aloud. Late bids cannot be opened or considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Must must be presented in an opaque evelope and must clearly be labled sealed bid for Invitation # 23-0043. Bids should be delivered in person, via courier, via USPS Priority Mail, via USPS Certified Mail, via package express service (FedEx, UPS or other such service) or other traceable / accountable mail / delivery service. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to delivery their bid on time. HCWA is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, work stopages, package express firms, courier services or any other reason.
