BIDS FROM FIRMS WHO HAVE DOWNLOADED THE DRAWINGS, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND BID DOCUMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AN AWARD. A BIDDER MUST HAVE A GEORGIA GENERAL CONTRACTORS LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
