Please complete and provide hourly rates for position titles, estimated number of hours, and total fees. Hourly rates shall be inclusive of all costs associated with providing personnel labor, wages, benefits, vehicles, equipment, supervision, scheduling, coordination, and all things and services required for project completion including direct, and indirect administrative costs, overhead, and profit. Hourly rates quoted and approved must remain in effect until project completion. The County will not be responsible for charges that are not included in the hourly rates. These rates are for informational purposes only and will NOT be used to calculate the cost of services for evaluation purposes
