Description

The City of Stonecrest is seeking qualified and experienced bidders to respond to a fixed (one-time) project for the construction of sidewalks on Fairington Road. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Construction Invitation to Bid (CITB).

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery and other incidentals necessary to perform the work requested herein and typical of these types of projects.

Prices offered on Attachment "B" - Bid Cost Proposal (Bid Sheet) Form are all inclusive and shall constitute complete compensation.

Attention is called to the fact that this project is being funded ultimately through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The bidder is asked to pay special attention to the Federal Regulations included in the bid package. These regulations include The Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, the Copeland (Anti-Kickback Act), and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The awarded Contractor and its subcontractor’s Must comply with all federal regulations and requirements.
